Implementing Policy and Managing Change

Course Description (15h) - $975.00

The value of policy is realized only when it is understood, adopted, and consistently applied. Successful implementation requires more than communication—it requires leadership, stakeholder engagement, change management, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

This seminar provides participants with practical tools to implement new or revised policies while supporting individuals and teams through organizational change. Participants will learn how to communicate policy effectively, manage resistance, leverage technology and AI responsibly, build policy cultures, and evaluate implementation success.

Participants will develop implementation and change-management strategies that increase adoption, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Implementing Policy and Managing the Change is a required seminar for the   Applied Certificate in Policy Development and Implementation.
