Policy Evaluation

Policy Evaluation and Performance Measurement

Course Description (10h) - $575.00

Effective policies are not static documents. They must be monitored, measured, evaluated, and refined to ensure they continue to achieve their intended outcomes.

This seminar provides participants with practical tools to evaluate policy effectiveness throughout the policy lifecycle. Participants will learn how to determine whether policies are producing desired results, identify unintended consequences, measure compliance and performance, and use evaluation findings to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Special attention is given to performance measurement, data-informed decision-making, equity considerations, AI-enabled analytics, and the use of evaluation results to strengthen policy outcomes.

Participants will leave with a complete policy evaluation framework that can be adapted to their organizations.

Policy Evaluation is a required seminar for the Certificate in Policy Development and Implementation.
