Full Women in Leadership Program | $765 Foundations Only | $325
12 Hour Course
Online, Instructor-Led (Atlantic Standard Time)
This program is open to all female‑identifying leaders, aspiring leaders, and their allies who want to build inclusive, powerful, and sustainable leadership capability.
This 12-hour leadership experience is designed for women, women-identifying leaders, aspiring leaders, and allies who want to build practical, modern leadership capability.
Participants strengthen influence, decision-making, feedback, and conflict navigation skills while developing the confidence to lead authentically in complex, real-world environments.
While leadership skills are universal, women often navigate workplace dynamics that others may never have to consider. This program acknowledges those realities without centering them as barriers. Instead, participants learn how to recognize them, make sense of them, and move forward with strategies that work.
