Student Conduct Committee

• The Committee on Student Conduct shall recommend to Senate the policy on student conduct and on the structures and procedures governing it.
• At least annually, the Committee shall review the policies, structures and procedures of the existing Code of Student Conduct and make recommendations to Senate.
• Coordinate continuing education for the members of the Student Conduct Committee and the Adjudication Panel(s) as needed.
• The composition of the Committee on Student Conduct shall be as follows:

1. 1. Three members of Academic Staff appointed by Senate, one of whom shall chair the committee, and, one of whom shall be the member appointed by Senate to the Adjudication Panel constituted for the purposes of an appeal;
   2. Associate Vice-President, Student Affairs & Services or designate.
   3. Two students appointed by the Students’ Association.
