Saint Mary's University is committed to continuously expanding its academic programs. The University provides support to academic departments throughout the program proposal process. This involves providing departmental support in developing new and modified program proposals.

External Consultant Process (Graduate Programs)

In addition to the Appendices listed above, please find MPHEC's Generic Terms of Reference for External Consultants below.  Please note that the only MPHEC proposals that are required to have an external review are for new graduate degrees. Please consult the Manager, Academic Program Development and Review for further information.

Program Termination

The termination of programs are no longer required to go through a MPHEC process.  However, termination proposals are still required to go through an internal Senate process following the template:TERMINATE Program Proposal
